Addiction is a very challenging issue to overcome. For some people it can be a life time sentence. I understand this as I have an addictive personality and have experienced addiction in my lifetime also. There is another way that we can reduce the addiction grip on our life by using meditation, which I have seen the results of not just in my own life but the lives of many students also. Only recently I received a message from one of my students who said they had noticed a significant drop off in their gambling addiction.
