It is becoming fast apparent that children are struggling with the increase use of technology in today’s world. With exponential reported cases of anxiety, depression and OCD in children under the age of 18, it is essential that we do something to help alleviate this issue naturally. With some simple yet powerful relaxation techniques and empowering the child to make smarter choices, we can have happy, healthy and wise children. This course is more than a meditation course, it is a course that is designed to empower children to create calm, happy and stress-free lives.

The Technique

The technique they will learn is a deep, transcending style meditation using primordial sounds or mantras that when repeated silently inside their head, will quieten down their mind effortlessly, taking all the hard work and concentration out of meditation. The course is made up of 2 sessions:

The Course Outline

Session 1: (Saturday 17th December 4pm-5.30pm) Here the child will receive their personal mantra and learn how to meditate from the start! They will experience a group meditation and learn how this technique works to improve their mind and body. 

Session 2: (Sunday 18th December 4pm-5.30pm) In this second session they will have their mantra checked, meditate together again, and then we will go through some key points to help improve their life from:

  • Nutrition: what foods to avoid and whyphoto
  • Breathing techniques: how to bust stress when in a challenging situation
  • Sleep: understanding circadian rhythms and why certain sleep patterns are important for health and well-being
  • Technology: why too much of it will cause a deterioration and not an improvement in their life
  • The Law of Cause and Effect: how each of their actions has a corresponding action
  • Empowerment: how they get to be the creators of their life by understanding the flow of negative energy and positive energy


Each child will receive free access to the guided Gentle Breath Meditation which they can also listen to before bed. They will also take away with them a document that will have the key points of the course outlined on it for them to refer back to at any point in time.


The course fee is $110 for each child and is open for children between the ages of 6 and 18.

About Your Teacher

Tom Cronin spent 26 years as a broker in finance trading inflation swaps and bonds for the banks. After suffering a lot of stress in his job, he turned to meditation to help manage the symptoms.
