All that you will need for this meditation is a comfortable chair where your spine will be supported and somewhere quiet where you won’t be disturbed.
Alternatively if you’d like to sit on the floor cross-legged then feel free to do so.
You can do this anytime of the day and as many times through the day as you’d like. It is also a wonderful meditation to do before bed time.
