Many entrepreneurs and coaches struggle with priorities and structure in their day. Often we do the easiest tasks first like emails and simple admin tasks and what often gets pushed to the side is our own nourishment and the things that are going to propel our business or take us closer to our goals. Each day there is ONE BIG THING that you can do to expand and improve what you do. It could be contacting potential partners, writing a guest blog somewhere like Finerminds or Mind Body Green, creating a you tube clip or organising a talk somewhere. These are usually more daunting and challenging tasks so we tend to push them to the side and do the easy things first.
In this page we have provided you with a weekly schedule to download. You can download it as a PDF or Excel which ever suits. I recommend printing this off an filling it in for your week or even just for each day can work too. Some things to be sure you make unconditional in your schedule are:

– Healthy meal breaks
It is highly important that as Transformational Leaders we walk the talk and radiate health and vitality. I also recommend putting your ONE BIG THING somewhere in the front end of your day so that you have locked it in! Be strict with your email time and try to keep it to a short period in the morning and one short period in the afternoon too.
