Did you know that in recent studies moving house is considered the third most stressful experience you can go through, after the death of a loved one and then divorce?
Well I’ve just spent the last 2 weeks moving and I can certainly say it’s NOT the most relaxing experience I’ve been through! But of course I did discover something very positive about this process and I’ll share it with you in this clip.
